Near Outremont. Beautiful corner unit on the 2nd floor. Condo renovated in 2006. Heated indoor parking with individual door. Condo perfectly maintained. Very well lit. Beautiful large balcony built in 2015 on a quiet alley full of greenery. Individual dining room + large living room.

2 steps away from a large shopping center (Pharmaprix, metro, hairdresser, florist, medical center, restaurant, etc.). Bus station in front of the building. Near the Jewish General Hospital and the Sainte-Justine Hospital. Fifteen minutes away from the city center by car. A 10-minute walking distance from University of Montreal.
