Well-maintained duplex. Both units are available for potential income since they are occupied by the owners. Many renovations were done in the past year, the list is below. The backyard has sunlight all day, it is perfect to grow your own vegetables or simply have a nice garden. During winter the spa is an awesome choice for relaxing. Lots of storage in the basement. The house has access to natural gas from Energir although it is not currently being used.
Close to parks, a metro station, supermarkets, schools, pharmacy, restaurants, stores, and at the same time it is located in a quiet residential area.
List of renovations:
New roof, new skylight, the chimney was sealed
Brand new kitchen on the second-floor unit.
The basement floor was completely renovated.
The drains inside and outside of the basement and the pipes connected to the drains were replaced.
New basement door with a window that gives access to the backyard.
Walls were added to the basement so the main unit has two extra bedrooms.
New basement window in one of the new basement bedrooms.
New electrical panel. New electrical outlets were installed in the house.
Addition to an electrical outlet in the backyard to support the spa that was installed last year.
The washer machine was replaced by a new one. A few rooms in the house were repainted.
