Superb condo (35% undivided), with sunlight everywhere, on the third and last floor with exclusive right of access to the roof and terrace. Very quiet, close to all services, 7 minutes from the Mont-Royal metro station, in the heart of the Plateau, but on a very quiet street. Near the new "Macadam flower" park with its aquatic activities. Well isolated from neighbors and the outside, nice balcony on the back, exclusive terrace on the roof, beautiful woodwork and industrial loft style...lots of charm and very functional.
