With an exceptional location, this condominium is located in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal on the beautiful St. Christophe-Colomb (surrounded by mature trees and quiet).
Just steps from the Mont-Royal street (shops and restaurants) and less than 5 minutes from St-Denis, near schools and daycare centers, this property is very close to the metro Mont-Royal and Laurier. In addition, it is less than 5 minutes from two beautiful parks (Lafontaine & Laurier).
Ideal for singles, couples or young family (with 1 child) with 2 large bedrooms and a private outdoor parking (street plowed in winter).
