6plex Plateau Mont-Royal. Quiet area while being close to transport and shops.
6 large 3 ½ type apartments with a closed bedroom. Double living room. Separate/fenced backyard for the 2 apartments on the ground floor and large rear balconies for the apartments on the first and last floors.
Good income for housing. Current occupancy at 100%. Electricity/heating at the expense of the tenants. Easy parking on the street with parking stickers.
