Wonderful condo is located on a quiet, single-way street. 5 minutes walking from the Green line Metro Viau, bus 125,136,85; 4 minutes walking from the Olympic stadium, Montreal Planetarium; 8 minutes walking from Montreal Botanical Garden, Maisonneuve Park, and Metro Pie-x.

Lots of events in the Olympic Stadium in the summer and lots of fun in Maisonneuve Park in the winter!

The main bedroom with a closet is full of sunshine. The large balcony out of the main bedroom is a good place for BBQ and a view of the Olympic Tower.

The second bedroom with a closet has a view of mature tree. In the summer, the green leaves of trees are full of the windows of the second bedroom and living room.

 The office is also an ideal baby or kids' room which is next to the main bedroom. It is convenient for you to take care of the baby or kids.

The kitchen is equipped with a quartz countertop. The new hot tanker was changed in 2022. There is enough storage space and laundry space.
