Superbe maison familiale spacieuse,  rénovée et  située idéalement au coeur du quartier Mercier sur une rue tranquille à proximité du grand parc de la Promenade  Bellerive et en bordure du fleuve Saint-Laurent. (un des plus beaux parc de la ville de Montréal, avec une vue époustouflante et magnifique endroit pour les promenades, les sessions de Tai Chi/Yoga/méditation et les picnics/grillades en famille).  


Cette maison comporte  7 chambres, 2 salles de bain , une salle d'eau et un Stationnement double. L'immense salon bénéficie dune large fenêtre en baie et des portes doubles ouvrant sur l'entrée principale , pour un maximum de luminosité tout au long de la journée.
