Four-level house with an open concept on the main floor. Comparable properties are rare in Montreal, and this house will surprise you with its vast possibilities. Good ceiling height, including a cathedral ceiling in the kitchen/dining area. Three bedrooms on the same floor with the possibility of a 4th in the basement. Each family member will find their place and privacy while still giving the impression of being together. Concrete inground pool with landscaping and mature perennials. L-shaped garage connected to the house with space for one car, while still leaving room for other items like your motorcycle and bicycles. Double exterior parking. Two gas fireplaces (kitchen and basement). Easy to maintain even for a single person. I renovated this house thinking I would live here all my life. I am a forward-thinking person and have always taken care of the preventive maintenance required for a house. I missed the view of the water and found my dream home by chance. That's the only reason I'm selling my house.

Conditions of purchase
