A very bright and warm house with large and numerous windows. Several large open spaces. Very large garden including a greenhouse which serves as a space for a vegetable garden. The house has a heated garage, a large wooden gazebo in the courtyard and a parking space that can accommodate up to 4 cars.
Quiet residential area close to several services (children's park, tennis court, ice rink in winter, many bus lines, schools, daycare centers and the municipal library). The house is located less than 5 minutes from the train station of the new REM - Montréal electrical network train (accessible by public transport), 2 km from high schools and within walking distance of primary schools.
