Excellent quality Rodrigue 2003 construction. This condo was the demo in 2004 of Rodrigue de la rue buildings so Mr. Rodrigue had an interest in building it well and indeed, it is impeccable! You can't hear the neighbors and the condo is far from Sherbrooke Street, which is more busy; it's a really quiet place and close to everything at the same time.

It is an end of Sherbrooke Street that is parallel to the real Sherbrooke Street.
