You get fast acces to Montreal by bus, train, and highway. The airport is 10 minutes away. 

The house has a detached garage. The basement is fully renovated with one bedroom, a storage room,  and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a comfortable den area to watch TV. The kitchen has been renovated and another washroom is on the floor  There are three bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. 

***Smart purchase. House value rose 300% since 2010. This area is one of the best areas to live on the island of Montreal.
