The two metro stations (LaSalle and Charlevoix) are less than a 9-minute walk away. Bus stop (107) to downtown is 30m away. Bike path to the Lachine Canal as well as the St. Lawrence's boardwalk are at the corner of the street. Atwater Market is a 15 minutes walk as well as an IGA and a Maxi. a few steps from Wellington Street and all its restaurants and shops. Elementary school (Notre-Dame de la Paix) and Mgr Richard High School are both less than 1 km away. Although the location is prime, the condo itself is even better.
