Charming bungalow at 2 km from the Chelsea village and the Gatineau Park visitor center. On the main floor, the kitchen, dining room, and living room are open concept, there are 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, and the laundry room as well.

In the basement, there are a large bedroom, a large living room and kitchenette, and one full bathroom. There is also a large utility room for storage.

There is a double garage of 23 feet x 24 feet.

Highway 5 access is nearby and it's a walking distance to Grand boisé elementary school. Bus stop directly in front of the house.

The lot is flat, no neighbors in the back, and the yard is fenced in.

 

Kitchenette in the basement was removed in 2023.

New front door ( Roberge $6200), front porch treated lumber replace with composite wood and new aluminium rails. New kitchen island with wood countertop.

Never run out of electricity with a new stand-by generator of 22KW. Paid $14k with the installation.
