Owners’ comments
Large & cozy 2 bedroom condo. Close to many amenities with large bedroom closets and additional storage space inside the unit and outside shed. Upgraded Kitchen counter tops, nice floors all on the main level of the building. Huge bathroom with separate shower and a two person bathtub. Walking distance to Agora (Gatineau's version of Lansdowne Park) with restaurants and sports fields, plus very close to gym, grocery stores and much more including various parks. Very close to Gatineau hills (10 minute walk) to enjoy walks, hikes, bike rides, cross country skiing and more. Building is well maintained with fair condo fees for the area. 15 minute drive to Downtown Ottawa outside rush hour. Less than 10 minute drive to Casino. Bus stop at corner of street which you can see from your living room. Open concept, lots of natural light and backyard neighbors are a distance behind. Safe area. Electric fireplace and new water tank plus a new roof on the building.
