Residential location of choice for tranquillity, security and proximity! Spacious condo built of concrete with great sound-proofing, very easily accessible, with a secure elevator accessible from the main entrance and the garage, interior and exterior parkings (including an interior storage area), and 2 private balconies (east and west), one of which is accessible from both bedrooms. The large windows and the front balcony offer a splendid view of the city.
