Nice property well located on Maloney Blvd. The apartments are bright (lots of light) and always rented.
Rented without heat and electricity, non-smoking (except 1) and no pet and all are rented with a 12 month rental agreement. Good tenants who pay well, stable, quiet, respectful.
Characteristics of the dwellings:
Each dwelling has its own entrance and includes a water heater, an air-exchanger and a wall unit for A/C and heat, a parking space and a storage shed (4' X 8').
No common space. Less maintenance by owner.
Balcony for the apartments 2 et 3.
