One-bedroom apartment for sale. Built in 2005... The building and finishing are looking good. Please call me or message me to book an appointment for viewing at 613-261-4884. If I don't pick up simply send me a text message or leave a VM.

Everything in it is in good condition, nothing needs repair. It was painted a year ago. All furniture and appliances that you see in the pics will be included in this sale, but if you don't want them I can take them out: (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 42" and 32" TV's, sofa and chair, bed and mattress, Window AC unit as well as a portable AC, kitchen table (foldable), 3 stools, etc... pretty much all what you see in the pictures inside the apartment is yours, including grade A quality dishes and other kitchen supplies...). Very low condo fee of $100 only per month.

The apartment is rented now as fully furnished (very clean tenant, always pays rent early, been there for over 2 years, $1,220/month).
