Nice 3 bedroom cottage (3 seasons) with a log house look, part of lot directly on the shore of Lac Simon (Lac Barrière) with sandy beach. Ideal for water sports or fishing. 1 hour drive from Gatineau, 2 hours from Montreal. Open area on the kitchen and living room with cathedral ceiling, furniture and appliances included.
Many activities nearby: Montpellier golf course at 4 km, Omega park at 20 km, snowmobiles and ATV's trails around the lake, Mont-Tremblant at 1 hour drive.
Additional Info:
Brand new water pumping system installed in Fall 2009 with a submersible pump. Techno Metal Post (20+) installed under the cottage in 2008. Roof replaced in 2007. Septic system replaced in 1996. Draining of septic tanks now done by the municipality every 2 years since 2011. Inspections are effected at the same time.
