Loft situated in a clam sector of Le Nouvo St-Roch. Perfect for investment, a couple or for single person. The building dated of 2008, facing north with large windows, bringing a lot of lights in. Parking on the street with a city permit.
Floor is made of concrete covered of a good driftwood quality. Large bathroom with walk-in. Shower made of ceramic with 2 large glasses giving a view in the loft itself, privacy is also an option. Big balcony allowing you to chill out with friends while doing a BBQ.
Secured zone for storage in the basement.
