Owners’ comments
Magnificent estate in Ste-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier in Quebec, Canada.
The property is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac 5 km from the village (20 minutes from Quebec City). The estate is surrounded by forests and fields which are home to several wild animals.
The residence built in 2007 contains 12 rooms and a heated double garage.
From this estate, you have direct access to many different trails such as snowmobile, ATV, cross-country skiing, and horseback riding.
The forest has 1,000 maple trees on pipes and a sugar shack built in 2014. The construction materials (planks and beams) come from trees in the forest of the estate.
With over 6 km of private trails through the forest, you can easily hunt, hike or snowshoe.
You have access to the Jacques Cartier River which runs alongside the estate.
There are two ponds in the fields and two more in the forest which are home to Canadian geese that have given birth to their goslings.
You will also come across white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, herons, hares, and many others.
The fields are equipped with fences that allow raising deer, sheep among others.
A 3,514 square foot building (1,071 m2). The building has already served as a stable for around 12 horses.
Several possibilities of exploitation are possible on this estate of dreams.
