This charming cottage, on 3 floors, will allow you to peacefully find yourself with your family in nature. The atmosphere is quiet because the cottage is located in a private area, offering for walks 5.5km of roads, exclusive access to the large lake McDonald and the beach of the small lake McDonald.   Ideal for telework. Dogs and cats are welcome.

At the sunset, observe the deer that will regularly cross your court.

Located 36 minutes from the village of Mont-Tremblant and 38 min from Morin-Heights for many activities, and 41 min from St-Adolphe DHoward, known for its cross-country ski trails and snowshoes.

The cottage can accommodate 6 people to sleep with:

2 bedrooms each with a queen bed.

1 sofa bed and 1 single bed on the garden level are available for occasional visitors.

1 bathroom and 1 shower room.

Possibility to be fully furnished (or not) : refrigerators, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, toaster, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots, glasses, towels and bedding, television, coffee maker.

Includes electricity, fast internet Wifi by Fibre Argenteuil as well as snow removal of the entrance.

L'Épicerie fine La Boîte à Lunch and the convenience store in Lost River (10 minutes) will provide you with supplies when needed, and Lachute (35 minutes) offers all services (grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, hospitals and veterinarians)

Non-smoking only.

 $1,900 per month, including internet and a provision for electricity

Main rules:

The maintenance of the cottage will be your responsibility for the duration of the rental.

·  You are responsible for the damages caused by you or your animals and a deposit of 500$, refundable at the end of the rental, will be required as guarantee. In the case of higher costs, you will be charged extra.

 As the environment is peaceful and short-term rental is prohibited, it is forbidden to sublet and hold noisy receptions. Repeated complaints will cancel the rental.

Precision: the garage on the ground is not included in the rental.
