Luxury cottage, modern and unique both outdoors and indoors for rent in Ste-Lucie-des-Laurentides. A little peace of haven! With its look, decor and a dream location, the cottage is close to all the points of interest in the Laurentians: Ste-Sauveur, 7 km from the Val-David Regional Park, St-Donat, Esterel, Ste-Agathe-des-Monts, Mont-Tremblant etc. Just 1.5 hours from Montreal, in a beautiful mountainous and wooded area. In addition to offering a quick access to: parks, multiple summer activities, several ski slopes (15 km from Vallée Blue and Belle Neige is less than 20 km away), walking trails, biking paths and cross-country skiing, rivers and lakes, SPAs, you will enjoy the FREE ACCESS to the Lake Amico (reserved for residents and tenants of the area ONLY). Plenty of windows, a terrace on the 2nd floor with breathtaking views, a BBQ and a beautiful wooded back yard with descent to the lake, are also at your disposal!

The interior is perfectly decorated. Capacity: 3 bedrooms (1 on the main floor, 1 on the 2nd floor and 1 in the basement).  8 people (maximum 10) can stay comfortably: 2 closed rooms with Queen beds in each; 1 bedroom in the basement with 2 double beds; a sofa upstairs and a large sofa in the basement. 2 full bathrooms & a walk-in to store your luggage. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers and teapot, toaster, crockery / cutlery / pans, sets of raclette and fondue etc.). Bed sheets and blankets, towels and soap in the bathrooms are also provided.

Also included in your rental: 25 Mbs Internet (some conditions applicable!), DVD and radio, detergents and disinfectants, filters for coffee maker, cooking oil, salt, pepper and other spices, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags.

Important notes: the water is POTABLE. Non-smokers please! Small and neutered animals only are accepted.

Rented for the summer season, long weekends or weekdays. Please contact us to find out the rates. The price displayed is for a full month and plus normal season rental. Special rates applicable for the high demand periods!

If the booking is made less than 2 weeks in advance, the full payment will be required to keep it. A security deposit also applicable for 1 month and + rentals!
