- No pets (except for small domestic pets, subject to the approval of the landlord)
- No smoking of any kind (including cannabis)
- No cultivation of cannabis inside or outside of the house
- Proof of civil liability insurance ($2M) and as well insurance for your belongings prior to possession

- If at the end of the term the lease is not renewed, the tenant MUST honor ALL visit requests for all potential new tenants, for which 24 hours notice will be given.
- The tenant will be responsible for paying the fees due to the loss of any keys or any damage within the condo caused during the lease.
- The landlord will conduct periodic verifications throughout the year to ensure the property is well maintained and a notice of 24 hours will be given prior to the visit
