Looking for someone to take over my lease for April 1st, 2025, ideally, but the apartment is available anytime after! The lease ends in October 2025 with option for renewal if you wish. An earlier move in date for the end of march is available if needed!

 

A beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the 9th floor in a secure building in Gatineau with beautiful views of the river and parliment. The buliding ammenties include a gym, party room, study room, and additional outside terraces.  

 

Rent is $1,920 POU. The apartment has a cost-efficient heating and air conditioning unit! 

Underground parking is available for 150$ / month.

This is also a pet-friendly building!

 

The apartment can come unfurnished, but I am willing to leave my coffee table and bedroom set for the person who takes over the lease!
