A member of our communications team will contact you within 48 hours. They’ll carefully explain what steps to take next and answer all your questions.

Together, you’ll decide on a time for your initial appointment with a local representative who will take photos of your property.

You’ll get access to your customer account. And you can start preparing your listing!

Not at all! The time starts when you post your listing online.

So, take all the time you need to prepare!

Go at your own pace.

Need to act fast? The initial appointment can happen quickly, as early as the week after you purchase your package.

Need a little more time to get ready? There’s no time limit for posting your listing online.

With DuProprio, you’re the one who decides!

We all change our minds sometimes! You have until you post your listing to change your package, and there is no penalty to pay.

Talk to your representative about it during the initial appointment or contact us at 1-866-387-7677.

We understand that life plans can change. As long as you haven’t used any DuProprio services, your purchase is 100% refundable.⁷

A payment link is a secure way for you to pay your invoices using a link sent by text message or email. This link will redirect you to a payment page where you can securely enter your credit card information to pay the charges.

Yes, payment links are encrypted and hosted on PCI-DSS-compliant platforms. No banking information is stored on our servers.

The payment link will be sent to you only while you are speaking with a DuProprio employee on the phone. This way, you can be sure it’s genuine. You can also verify the recipient and content of the message using the information below.

DuProprio is upgrading to PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards. These global standards aim to protect payment card data and reduce fraud and data breaches. In order to comply with these standards, we must stop taking credit card numbers over the phone.

Although 86% of our clients successfully sell on their own^***, it could happen. Our team is here to help you through each stage of the selling process, no matter which package you choose. And with Confia Flex, which is included in the Gold Package, we refund the cost of your package^** if you end up selling with a broker recommended by real estate agency Confia^*.
