Median selling price
The selling price in the middle of the series of transactions, when placed in ascending order. Calculated by type of property, it is not affected by extremes like the average selling price can be.
Average selling time
The average number of days between the date the property is initially listed (or the date the real estate brokerage contract is signed) and the date of the sale, that is, the date the offer to purchase is accepted and all the conditions have been met or withdrawn.
Inventory of properties
The number of properties available on the real estate market for the entire province, counted on the last day of the month.
