New condo (2018) * Price includes all new appliances (possible purchase of furniture also).
IMPORTANT: Brokers or customers of these, thank you for refraining of calling, visiting or doing a promise to purchase. I do not have an emergency to sell my condo. From experience (2 times already), the sale of this condo has fallen due to the broker / client's attempt to pass (directly or indirectly) the commission fees from the broker to the seller despite what was agreed verbally.
NOTE : The condo having cost me $ 193,000, my price of $ 189,500 is non-negotiable. I have already subtracted the costs of the notary, the interior designer and the welcome tax.
