The office can be converted to suit your needs in rooms or other. The semi-finished basement gives way to a custom layout according to the tastes and needs of the buyer
The annual cost of heating includes the electricity expenses of the pool appliances (pump, P4, pool light) and the electrical needs of an electric car.
All the counters of the house, kitchen, and bathroom, are in granite. The 35,000 BTU heat pump air-conditioning and heats the house (up to -25 degrees Celcius). Two 11,000 BTU heads and one 9,000 BTU each. Maybe add the 4th head.
The electrical wires from the electrical pole going to the house are buried in the ground (backyard). The electricity pole belongs to the owner.
