Our house is located in a quiet area.
Walking into the house, you enter into a luminous area that offers a feeling of warmth with the wood floor and beams on the ceiling.
On the first floor we removed one wall to create a vast area between the living room and the dining room.
We did the same thing in the basement, we removed a wall on the right side of the stairs, to have an open area so the warm air could circulate, when the fireplace is functioning.
For the handyman, the workshop is spacious and you will find a 220 volts electrical exit.
Sitting on the patio, you can look at a 64 ft. deep area with flowers, 1 plum tree, one appletree and the fireplace.
80 ft. long asphalted parking space for at least 4 cars or even your motorhome!!!
A primary school is within a 5 minutes walk. Kindergarden and gymnasium close by.
