Very nice single family house on 3 floors.
The kitchen, dining room; as well as the living room is on the upper floor for more clarity and enjoy the wonderful sunset; throughout the year.
Located near the sea; in one of the most beautiful and peaceful neighborhood of Rimouski. Beautiful place to live as much for a family; because there is a primary school, there is access to the beach, a bike path, cross-country skiing and hiking within walking distance. 5 minutes from a golf course and the bus for transportation is also within walking distance.
Very functional house with an independent entrance to the basement (for a self-employed worker, a massage therapist, etc.). A beautiful workshop in the backyard behind the house (to tinker and for your artist side, perfect for young retirees); fenced yard on all sides (would be ideal for a daycare); a spa and beautiful landscaping complete the outdoor area. There is a lot of privacy.
In short it is a beautiful big house, with many possibilities; located in a beautiful area where it is really good to live. If you are in love with nature, you'll be greatly fulfilled.
