A real 3 seasons log cabin on the shore of Lac Castor in the ZEC Bas-St-Laurent. Unique product designed by an architect.

The cottage is 1 hour south of Rimouski and only 20 minutes of dirt road to get to the door. The nearest ZEC check-in station is at Les Hauteurs-de-Rimouski. The ZEC is a large territory for hunting small and large game and there are several lakes available for fishing. Castor Lake is one of the ZEC lakes where only fly fishing is allowed for trout fishing and there are only 10 cottage around the lake.

The sales includes 4 buildings, the main cottage (47 'X 37'), a smaller camp that we called the camp for snoring people (14 'X 12'), a canoe hut and a shed. The main cottage has 4 bedrooms two of them have 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 has a double bed and 2 single beds and the last one has 1 queen and 1 single bed. The camp has a bathroom with toilet and shower. We also have  an independent outdoor shower with a water heater. Lighting, hot water, stove, BBQ and 2 refrigerators are propane fuel. There is also two wood stove, one is a slow burning stove and the second one is a 3 bridges stove.

Built in 1964, but several major renovations carried out recently.
