AN EXCEPTIONAL HOUSE
That's it, your decision is made, you want to leave the city, the noise, the traffic, the race! Finally, thanks to teleworking, your dream can come true.
It is in Daveluyville, (a small town 1h30 from Montreal, 1 hour from Quebec City and 30 minutes from Victoriaville, Drummondville and Trois-Rivières), 5 minutes from Highway 20, that a small bridge crosses you over a magnificent island, the Domaines du tour de l'île, bordered by the Bécancour river, hosting around 70 properties, but above all, where your next residence is located.
The road which will lead you there is asphalted, well lit and above all very discreet. The more we venture there, the more magnificent what we discover there. Lush greenery, in contrast to the house in the colors of wheat, creates a sunny decor, even on rainy days. Only noble materials have been selected to cover it: wood, cedar shingles, stone.
