Beautiful family friendly house with tons of nice features!

Big 2 storey house of superior quality with many great qualities. 3 bedrooms with a possibility of adding two more in the basement. Nice brand-new, freshly renovated bathroom on the second floor. Quality materials were used throughout the house, hard wood floors that are heated by a water system that will keep you cozy in those cold winter days. There is a double garage on the house and there is also a second huge garage (detached) that can receive 2 vehicles, skidoos and all your toys with ease that also has a second floor for all your off season stuff. In this very same garage there is even a wine cellar that just needs to be finalized. An outground salt water pool that is heated (heater installed summer 2021) is in great shape and the perfect excuse to take a soak on a hot summer day with friends! A huge rear balcony and bistro area that is built in such a way to facilitate having a large amount of people over for supper. The entire backyard has had a fence added (installed in 2021) to make it safer for the kids and or dogs of the family. The first floor has been freshly repainted in the later part of summer 2021 with neutral colors that will suit any decor. A central vacuum system comes in handy to make house cleaning a breeze in this big home. You will also be glad to know that the house is equipped with an air exchanger to leave the house with nice fresh air year around.
