Beautiful cozy house  on the water's edge with many recent upgrades. 
We are 5 minutes from a very beautiful golf course, 5 minutes from the city center (restaurant, gym, grocery store arena, and hospital) 15 minutes from Mount Gleason  ski hill and  about 30 minutes from Victoriaville.

In ground 20'X40 heated and fenced swimming pool on a lot of 100X 100with beautiful landscaping and mature trees. Large 12X 12 shed,  new deck, completely renovated kitchen with arborite counter tops and cabinets. Lots of counter space with the additional island in the kitchen, new light fixtures, heat pump.
As this property is waterfront it is located in a flood zone. All buildings are elevated so there is no risk from flood damage.
