It contains a slow burning fireplace with wood and a Storage space in the basement. This is a quiet and peaceful area near the Massif and 3.3km from the village of Baie-St-Paul. It has a tourism rental permit for the city, registration on CITQ, website and registered on Airbnb. There is a very interesting annual income!
