Beautiful cottage offers a view over the St. Lawrence River and very well maintained. The 1st terrace with SPA and 2nd terrace with dining area and BBQ are just perfect for inviting guests. It contains a slow burning fireplace with wood and a Storage space in the basement. This is a quiet and peaceful area near the Massif and 3.3km from the village of Baie-St-Paul. It has a tourism rental permit for the city, registration on CITQ, website and registered on Airbnb. There is a very interesting annual income!
