The neighborhood is lovely, with BnBs and residential houses surrounding us on a quiet traditional street. Along with the style of the neighborhood, there is no front yard with heavy maintenance, but Parc Virevolt is direct across the street with a picnic area, pentacle field, and picturesque access to Riviére Gouffre, popular for salmon fishing and swimming! Three minutes by foot to find yourself at the church on Rue Saint-Jean Baptiste, and all the restaurants and bars. This house is an older construction that has a ton of charm and potential, solid with electrical, and plumbing up to code. There is honestly a ton of potential to unlock for someone not afraid of DIY projects, this could be for you! With yearly costs well under the income on this property, either as an investment property or as a pied-à-terre, you could live rent or mortgage-free.
