Beautiful warm and sunny property set back from the road in a quiet and peaceful area overlooking the river. The house is within walking distance of the beach and the Domaine Forget music school which offers concerts throughout the year.

Despite the 80 years that separate the construction of this house several renovations have been carried out over time, roofing, windows, front and rear gallery with an added roof to cook the sheltered BBQ. An attic and a basement allows you to have a lot of storage.

A separate garage with door opener and MYQ Chamberlain system that allows you to close and open your door remotely with a smart phone.

A hangar allows you to store your accessories and can be used as a workshop. The land has been laid out with a corner shrubs and perennial flowers. Pavement walkway and sidewalk were added.
