Like one of yesteryear, I am beautiful, dear buyer even though I am very young (built in 1980).

Nature sometimes produces the most beautiful settings, as one can admire from my surroundings in the heart of Charlevoix. Backed by mountains, nested in verdant surroundings, I admire the St Lawrence River and observe boats navigating its stream from my unobstructed view and privileged position. 

With nearly 84000 sq. ft, partially afforested, I offer multiple green areas interrupted with flowery perennial rock gardens. Just like this magnificent region, I am vast and bright. My +/- 3100 sq. ft. of living space (15 rooms), is partitioned onto two floors.

On the main floor, my living space boasts a double identity.  Currently used as a 4 Star Bed & Breakfast (CITQ Classification), the largest section contributes to the wellbeing of our guests by offering dedicated quarters to enjoy and continue their relaxation: living room, dining room and a lobby. As for my owners, they benefit of their own private living quarters modeled under an open space concept (kitchen, dining room, living room; bedroom) 2 pieces bathroom and a large and sunny laundry room).

The second floor hosts 6 spacious bedrooms among which 4 that include their own bathroom, as well as an extra complete bathroom. The insulated and unfinished basement is convenient for storage and a workshop (6+ft).

I am a true haven of peace. In summer, life extends beyond on a very wide and covered porch with its outside lounge and bistro tables. The master bedroom opens on a patio with integrated hot tub with a gorgeous view of the St-Lawrence River. In the back, swing, dining table, Adirondack chairs, deckchairs, hammock everything for the relaxed rhythm of life.

For the winter cocooning, heat obliges. Besides the electric heating system, a magnificent propane-gas fireplace, covered in natural stones, keeps our guests warm and an antique woodstove complements my owners everyday life.

To make life easier for my masters, my secondary buildings include a very large shed for equipment and outdoor furniture storage. And for the green thumbs, an electric power supplied greenhouse entices my owners to rediscover nature in its simplest form.

I often heard my masters praise my numerous attributes (central vacuum system, oak staircase, my beautiful slate and wood floors, and my nine roof windows) and it really pleases me to know that they will leave with me all of the B&B adornments and accessories (see inclusions).

Whats more to say about this beautiful region of Charlevoix - 3rd in importance within the province of Quebec. A touristic region appreciated by all for the beauty of its landscapes, its artistic culture, its summer gastronomy and its specialities, its summer and winter sports but especially for its quality of life!

I like imagining my future as the place for all dreams. I am currently a B&B but I can also serve my future owners as a private residence or any other services related providers (Self-employed individual, dental services, accountant, law practice, hair salon, photographs, artists, illustrators, massage therapy, assisted-living facility, architect, etc.)

Who knows, maybe one day I could become an intergeneration residence and vibrate to the laughter of kids, parents and grandparents!

Ah!  If I could enchant you, I would tell you how much I am blazing at dawn; captivating and serene at sunset, in this bucolic universe.

I will be beautiful for a long time, beautiful forever. I like to be admired. I like to be visited.
