The land is located in the development sector of Lac Sartigan (also called lac Rond) in the municipality of St-Alfred en Beauce (lot # 30). This is a peaceful area located about 10 minutes from services (grocery store, pharmacy, garage, etc.) in Beauceville and about 20 minutes from the town of St-Georges. The NRJ Spa Nordique and a yoga center are nearby (same street).

Deeded access to the lake is included via lot # 13 of the development. The lake is stocked with trout annually. A fishing right is included in the maintenance costs of the common land, managed by the association of residents of Lake Sartigan (ARLS). Gasoline-powered boats are prohibited on the lake to preserve its quality.
