Beautiful old house in the countryside where it is good to live. Located in the mountains on a large plot of 53000 ft2 with panoramic views. There is a huge 60 foot by 80 foot vegetable garden where you can grow your own organic vegetables, as well as a chicken coop.

We transformed the garage into a guest house. A small country loft of 19 feet by 12 feet that will please all your friends or families. You can also use it in a family room detached from home, in a studio for artists or as an office for those who work from home.

On the main level, there is a functional kitchen with a central island and lots of storage. The dining room is in the same room. Then, in the next room is a large living room with TV stand and bookcase on the wall. Then, the bathroom was renovated in July 2016. We changed all the appliances: the shower, the freestanding bath, the toilet, as well as the vanity. And finally, there is the first bedroom.

Upstairs are the other three bedrooms, including a very large one with a hardwood floor that was done in 2016 and a small powder room.

We also added a gallery at the back of the house in 2020 and redid the front gallery in 2021. Also, we poured a cement slab and placed a drain at the entrance to the cellar and changed the door. Then, redid the interior of the garage into a loft in February 2022. We are committed to completing the exterior work of the house (trellis under the gallery and door frames) and the cladding of the loft this spring before taking possession in July 2023. Also, you will find that inside there are some rooms to be repainted, you will be able to add your colors.
