Beautiful old house in the countryside where it is good to live. Located in the mountains on a large plot of 53000 ft2 with panoramic views. There is a huge 60 foot by 80 foot vegetable garden where you can grow your own organic vegetables, as well as a chicken coop.
We transformed the garage into a guest house. A small country loft of 19 feet by 12 feet that will please all your friends or families. You can also use it in a family room detached from home, in a studio for artists or as an office for those who work from home.
On the main level, there is a functional kitchen with a central island and lots of storage. The dining room is in the same room. Then, in the next room is a large living room with TV stand and bookcase on the wall. Then, the bathroom was renovated in July 2016. We changed all the appliances: the shower, the freestanding bath, the toilet, as well as the vanity. And finally, there is the first bedroom.
Upstairs are the other three bedrooms, including a very large one with a hardwood floor that was done in 2016 and a small powder room.
We also added a gallery at the back of the house in 2020 and redid the front gallery in 2021. Also, we poured a cement slab and placed a drain at the entrance to the cellar and changed the door. Then, redid the interior of the garage into a loft in February 2022. We are committed to completing the exterior work of the house (trellis under the gallery and door frames) and the cladding of the loft this spring before taking possession in July 2023. Also, you will find that inside there are some rooms to be repainted, you will be able to add your colors.

Belle maison d'autrefois en campagne où il fait bon de vivre. Située en montagne sur un grand terrain de 53000 pi2 avec vue panoramique. Il y a un immense potager de 60 pieds par 80 pieds où vous pourrez cultiver vos propres légumes biologiques, aussi vous trouverez un poulailler.
Nous avons transformé le garage en maison d'invité. Un petit loft champêtre de 19 pieds par 12 pieds qui saura plaire à tous vos amis ou familles. Vous pouvez aussi l'utiliser en salle familiale détachée de la maison, en atelier pour les artistes ou comme bureau pour ceux qui font du télétravail.
Au niveau principal, il y a une cuisine fonctionnelle avec îlot central et beaucoup de rangement. La salle à manger se trouve dans la même pièce. Ensuite, dans la pièce d'à côté se trouve un grand salon avec meuble télé et bibliothèque au mur. Puis, la salle de bain a été rénovée en juillet 2016. Nous avons changé tous les appareils: la douche, le bain autoportant, la toilette, ainsi que la vanité. Et pour terminer, il y a la première chambre.
À l'étage se trouve les trois autres chambres, dont une très grande avec un plancher de bois franc qui a été fait en 2016 et une petite salle d'eau.
Nous avons également ajouté une galerie en arrière de la maison en 2020 et refait la galerie en avant à neuf en 2021. Aussi, nous avons coulé une dalle de ciment et posé un drain à l'entrée de la cave et changé la porte. Puis, refait l'intérieur du garage en loft en février 2022. Nous nous engageons à terminer les travaux extérieurs de la maison (treillis en dessous de la galerie et cadres de portes) et le revêtement du loft ce printemps avant la prise de possession pour juillet 2023. Aussi, vous constaterez qu'à l'intérieur il y a certaines pièces à repeindre, vous aurez la possibilité d'ajouter vos couleurs.
