A MUST-HAVE HOUSE IN THE AREA!!!
A haven of peace, nature and well-being.
In this house built with great love, all seasons are pleasant to live in. A house that combines comfort and simplicity. Its southern orientation allows you to follow the sun from sunrise to sunset. Breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The windows were designed to take advantage of the beauty of nature. No visible neighbors. The interior comfort is maintained thanks to the radiant system with hot water which circulates in the floors. Barefoot walking is one of the joys of winter in this warm house.
Peaceful but lively area for nature lovers
Peaceful area less than 25 minutes from two urban centers (Saint-Georges and Thetford Mines). Sainte-Clotilde is a place where it is good to live and enjoy the great outdoors. School, playground, multi-functional room for recreation, skidoo and mountain bike trails, Grand-Morne mountain (hiking, climbing, hang-gliding ...), Mont Adstock (Alpine skiing, sliding, golf course. ..) Cycle paths abound in the area.

The master bedroom on the mezzanine is large and has a walk-in closet.
In the partly open basement, the bedroom or room has a large patio door. Again, there is no shortage of windows. This room is also soundproofed, for lovers of music, movies or video games.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are open plan and overlook the landscape. The cathedral ceiling over 20 feet is impressive.

Storage is plentiful in the house. Oak cabinets are deep in the kitchen as well as the bathroom. There is a large closet on the ground floor and in the basement. A radiant hot water system that runs through all the floors of the basement and the ground floor.
The water in the radiant system can be heated by the wood furnace or by hydra which runs on electricity.
A large room for storing wood. The wood is brought there directly by a hatch from the outside.
There is a slow combustion fireplace on the ground floor. It is used to create a nice atmosphere, but is usually not necessary to heat the house. On the other hand, it is useful in the event of a power failure.
