Beautiful Ski-In & Ski-out Condo for sale on Ski Bromont mountain.
This condo is located on a corner on the 3rd floor and at the top of the training hill. You only need to put your skis on at the door and you're good to go to take the chair lift or while you're cooking the dinner you can have an eye on your children having fun on the training hill.
This 4 1/2 could easily serve a family of 8 with its 2 Queen beds, 2 single beds and the sofa bed located in the living room.
This unit, recently repainted, is sold turnkey (furniture, home appliances, washer/dryer, dishes, bedding, etc.)
You can be part of a location pool who allow Domaine Château Bromont to rent your condo while you don't use it. They take care of everything!
To be considered, it's an interesting option. Renting gross income are around $20,000/year, with proof!
