Wonderful little farm located on a piece of land of 10 acres in the county of Dudswell, situated at 30 minutes from the city of Sherbrooke. Possibility of a commerce in horticulture.
The property is surrounded by a brook. A small lake of about an half acre is located just beside this brook. Around the lake we can see a variety of mature threes: pines, cedar, hemlock, spruce and fir. A brand new patio is part of the landscape and gives access to the pound.
