Located on the estate of Orford-sur-le-Lac, our house is 3 km away from the village of Eastman and of Eastern Township's Highway 10 (Exit 106), just over one hour away from the Champlain Bridge.
Our house is surrounded by trees and in a very quiet street. Eastman is a picturesque village with all the services you need: Bank, pharmacy, food market, sporting facilities, kindergarten, primary school, etc. The estate is known for its quality of life, its tranquility and green spaces. The density of the population is controlled by a local association for the optimal use of the common spaces and facilities: private beach, canoeing space, tennis and footpaths. Several renovations since 2008 were made to improve the house and its surrounded land. These included in the doors, sliding doors, windows, the kitchen, bathroom, shower, obtaining the certificate for 2 fireplaces, cathedral-style roof, lay out of the land with plants and enlargement of the parking to fit 2 cars.
