Large well maintained property with garage. Close to all services. Less than 5 minutes walk from Granby's galleries.
Some improvements have been made since we were here:
1) Closure of two rooms on the ground floor;
2) Closing the stairwell with a door;
3) Installation of a vinyl wall imitation of barn wood in the living room of the basement;
4) Change of three windows on the ground floor and two in the basement;
5) Change of the main entrance door, entrance to the garage and bottom steps in the garage leading to the basement;
