Owners’ comments
Beautifully landscaped et highly maintained since built. A 2 owner house and only lived in for 6 months a year for the last 30 years... From its 1,750 sq. feet U-shaped entrance up to the double garage. This prestigious house will please the most sophisticated and demanding people. Houses like those are scarce nowadays on the market and unfortunately, houses are not built that way anymore (brick, marble stone, cement roof good forever...). This house does not look and feel its age as it has been upkept and renovated rigorously and high standards. The surrounding zone is mature and near all the amenities: Grade school, middle school, English School, Hospital, grocery store, bicycle path, restaurants, soccer field, public transportation, Leclerc fountain, Lake Boivin, parks, zoo and only 10 minutes from the Highway and 15 minutes from the Bromont ski hill.
