Only 2 owners since its construction. This charming 2 bedrooms condo is located just minutes from downtown Magog, in a quiet residential area.
At the top of the street you will find a brand new park. In less than 2km you are in downtown Magog with restaurants, microbreweries, small café, grocery store, concert hall, and municipal beach of Lake Memphremagog.
