The 2329 and 2331 chemin du Parc, in Orford QC
This historic building, dating back to 1868, has always been at the very heart of Cherry River (Orford). It has been post office, general store, dance hall, restaurant, etc.
We are at the entrance to parc national du Mont-Orford, attracting yearly over 500,000 day-visitors. In the hotel & business zone, we are between Manoir des Sables and Estrimont hotels, along the Magog-Mont Orford bicycle trail as well as on the sidewalk that brings residents, visitors and tourists all year long.
On the corner of Bice and du Parc, this building is directly across the parc de la Rivière-aux-Cerises, home of the future Community Centre and popular meeting place for families, sports and music enthusiasts. The beautiful summertime sunsets on mount Orford are much appreciated from the three attractive covered porches (1000 sq. ft.), seating some 40 people.
The main level (close to 1000 sq. ft), has 2 front doors: one to the main room, the other to the secondary one. It features hard wood floors, original wainscoting, numerous windows with old-style mullions, abundance of electric outlets.
