Semi-detached with garage located on a dead-end street. Beautiful spacious rooms with open areas and cathedral ceilings give an effect of grandeur to the house.
Close to all services (French and English primary/secondary schools, grocery store, butcher shop, SAQ, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, dentist, etc.).
Located 30 minutes from Sherbrooke, 30 minutes from Drummondville, 45 minutes from Victoriaville, 1h30 from Montreal, and 2 hours from Quebec. A visit is essential!
2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (possibility of 4), and a finished basement. Construction 2004 (living room 2010) and several renovations carried out (basement, roof, window thermos, floors, etc.)
